What is the narrator point of view in the story collection, After the Quake?

Though each story surely features a character whose perspective the narration is attached to (Komura, Junko, Yoshiya, Satsuki, Katagiri, and Junpei), none of the stories is narrated in the first-person, instead using a limited third-person approach.
