Where does April first encounter Carl in the novel, Absolutely Remarkable Thing?

When April forgets her back up metrocard on her desk and heads back to retrieve it, she stumbles upon a giant metallic structure in the shape of a robot. Because she was a graphic design student and knows what it means to really appreciate an artist’s work, she stops and stares at the figure and then calls her friend, Andy, to shoot a video with her. The two introduce the robot to the camera and jokingly name him “Carl,” uploading their video to YouTube and becoming overnight celebrities.
