I completely agree. When you make a decision based upon fear, it isn't a rational decision. Sometimes decisions cannot be made abruptly, and at other times, you have to make that decision immediately..... fear can't be a part of it. Note, this answer is based upon the book.... it does not include dangerous, impetuous actions.
