What is the narrator point of view in the novel, A Woman Is No Man?

The novel is told almost entirely from the third person point of view, with the exception of the opening perspective of two pages. Most of the novel is told from Isra and Deya’s third person point of view, starting first with Isra, then with Deya, but in Part II, Rum introduces Fareeda’s third person point of view.
