How does Rufus Buckley make use of the illegally-obtained jury list?

Rufus Buckley is guilty of intending to use the jury list for the Carl Lee Hailey trial illegally by having possession of it days prior to its stipulated release date. His cohort, Will Tierce, uses the copy to identify and sway half a dozen potential jury members that Buckley may call. Tierce establishes that they will vote against Carl Lee for political kickback and other reasons.
