What story did Louie tell Joy?

Louie told Joy a story about a swamp witch who lived in Yazoo in the 1800s. She died in quicksand when she was being pursued by the police. Before she died, she said that she would come back in 20 years to haunt the town and burn it to the ground. Twenty years later there was a freak fire in the town that burned 100 buildings and 200 homes. When people went to the swamp witch's grave, they found that the tombstone was broken and the chain around it was torn up.
