What does Wren realize about heroes after the standoff is over?

After the standoff is over, Wren has some thoughts about heroes. She realizes that heroes do not always swoop in to rescue. They make questionable calls. They live with doubts. They replay and edit and imagine different outcomes. They kill, sometimes, to save.
