What does Hank feel about his brother's future in Chapter Five? Why does he change his mind?

While Hank is drunk, he feels hopeful that he and his brother will find a new way to make a life together and that he can find a love for his brother that he never felt before. As soon as the liquor wears off, Hank realizes it was an unattainable dream.
