What does Hank discover from the FBI about the missing money in Chapter Eleven?

Hank asks what happened to the money, and the agents say they don't know, but that the money will be caught in time. One of them says that the agents wrote down about one-tenth of the serial numbers, meaning that sooner or later the numbers will show up somewhere and that the person who has the money will be caught.
