To whom does Hank sell Jacob's truck and other belongings in Chapter Eight?

Hank sells Jacob's truck to the feed store. He sees it every day when he goes to work. One day Carl comes into the store and asks Hank if he'd consider selling Jacob's rifle. Hank says that he hadn't given it any thought but that he, having no desire to hunt and having never fired a rifle in his life, has no need for the gun. Carl offers Hank four hundred dollars, and Hank says he'll take three.
