Who is Dr. Destin Walker?

On his first trip to the Mayan ruins in Tulum, Tully meets Dr. Destin Walker, who is there to try to determine the validity of a legend about a light system the Mayans used to navigate ships. Tully helps Dr. Walker with his experiments.
