How did Cleopatra prepare for her own burial?

Tully and the crew discover that Cleopatra had made most of the arrangements for her burial. She obtained a mahogany coffin and requested conch shells and dirt from Havana. She also wants to be buried with a small wooden toy box from her childhood and the signed baseball from El Cohete. She made arrangements to be buried on Cayo Loco.
