How are Tully's concerns about Mr. Twain taken care of?

Despite his friends' assurance that his horse will be fine, Tully feels regret and concern about leaving Mr. Twain. As luck or fate would have it, a horse is found swimming in the bay off Cayo Loco. They name the horse Ocean and she and Mr. Twain become fast friends.
