Cleopatra Highbourne was the 101-year-old owner of the Cayo Loco lighthouse. She sailed the world on her boat, Lucretia, that her father had given her when she was 18. Tully says she doesn't look a day over eighty, with her green eyes and straight spine. She likes rum and Cuban cigars and cusses like a sailor.
