What is Ralston's agenda between leaving his house on Spruce Street on Thursday and the Saturday he becomes trapped in the canyon?

The Thursday before Ralston is trapped, he meets up with his buddy Brad to ski Mount Sopris. From there, he separates from Brad and Leah. Ralston heads out to Utah with no intentional spot in mind. On Friday, he decides to mountain bike Slick Rock Trail in the morning with a quick hike into Negro Bill Canyon in the evening. That night, he heads to the Canyonlands National Park area, ready for his hike through Blue John Canyon and into Horseshoe Canyon.
