What goes wrong during the Christmas pageant?

Barb Wiggin loses control of the Christmas Angel and he plummets in a ten-foot free fall. Shaken, he forgets his lines, and Owen has to whisper them. Finally, Owen sees his parents in the audience and has to be removed from stage, screaming.
