Where did Bohr and his son, Aage, ultimately end up?

The unconscious Bohr is removed from the plane by Stevenson and his agents. His son, Aage, was brought out of Sweden a few days later since he was familiar with his father's work. After a meeting with Churchill, Bohr is told that they want him to go to the United States to work on the atomic bomb. Both he and his son want to work on the Manhattan Project.
