Postcard from a Swiss Friend

This postcard sent to Tulip by a man who described himself as a Swiss friend is a symbol of deception. The man, who is later identified as Mundt, used the card and its promise to get her to her son in order to lure Tulip away from the agents protecting her. He killed her and attempted to make her death look like a suicide.
