What does Varys, the eunuch in Robert's court, tell Eddard about Cersei on the night of the tourney Robert chose not to participate in?

Varys tells Eddard that Cersei wanted Robert killed in the tourney that day. Varys also tells Eddard that the queen is afraid of Eddard because the king will not harm Eddard even if the queen orders him to.
