Robert Arryn from A Feast for Crows is the only surviving child of Lise and Robert Arryn, Sr. (former Hand to the King who was poisoned by Cersei). Robert Arryn junior is mentally delayed and is still nursing from his mother at aged six. When his mother dies, his condition worsens and he has epileptic seizures repeatedly.
