Why is Greg in trouble in Chapter 15?

Fran's husband Greg is in trouble. A PhD students of his has complained about him. She says that he pressured her to have an affair. The students wants a different supervisor and she does not want to work under Greg anymore. The student also accuses Greg of having an affair with the lecturer Zoe Walters. Zoe Walters says that Greg has had a string of affairs.
