What does Morrie tell Anna about Tom and his family in Chapter 19?

Morrie tells Anna that Tom is his cousin. His dad and his mom are siblings. Tom's father has Huntington's, and Tom does not want anyone to know and pity him. Morrie does not know if Tom has the Huntington gene, but it is possible that he does.
