What does Anna say about Francesca in the Epilogue?

Anna says that Francesca is on Turtle Island for her birthday. Fran is staying for a few days before taking a tour of Austrailia. She has outlived her husband by 15 years. Since her husband's death, she has blossomed, and lived the life Anna thinks she always deserved.
