What are Anna's days and nights like when she is watching Hamish in Chapter 20?

When Anna is watching Hamish, she gets four-hour blocks of sleep interrupted by hot flashes and Hamish's feedings at two and six. Her days are filled with crawling around on the floor watching Hamish trying to roll over or walks on the beach with him in his backpack. Some days she goes to Violet's and the kids love playing with Hamish.
