How does Alex feel about music?

Music is extremely important to Alex. Alex punches Dim when he interrupts a woman singing opera in the Korova, and his stereo Alex's stereo is his most prized possession. At the end of the chapter, Alex relaxes to some opera and seems to get some kind of drug-like high when listening to music. Alex's parents take sleeping pills rather than ask him to turn his music down, because getting between Alex and his opera seems to be a rather dangerous thing.
