Cersei, Clash of Kings, slaps Tyrion when Tyrion suggests that the rumors about Cersei having sex with Jaime are true. In fact, he suggests that all of the children are Jaime's. This is, of course, the truth, but Cersei slaps him because he dares to speak it. It is this truth that got Eddard Stark beheaded.
