Ser Mandon Moore from A Clash of Kings was someone that Jaime Lannister always called one of the most dangerous knights in the gard. This is because his face never gives away his intentions. This is especially true when he attempts to carry out Cersei's command to kill Tyrion in the heat of battle on the Blackwater. If it weren't for a quick second thought, Tyrion would have been killed when Mandon offered him his hand. As it turns out he still takes a horrible sword cut on the face.
