Ser Brynden Tully from A Clash of Kings is Catelyn Stark's Uncle, and brother to Hoster Tully, her father. Hoster and Brynden had a falling out many years ago and it is only on Hoster's deathbed that they are able to make their peace. His nickname is the Black Fish.
