Reek from A Clash of Kings is the name that Ramsey Snow gives to Theon Grayjoy after torturing him for so long. Originally, there was another Reek, who was a servant to Ramsey, but he either ran away or was killed. Ramsey thought that he needed another Reek and so he tortured Theon into saying his name was Reek.
