Cersei Lannister Baratheon from A Clash of Kings is the only daughter of Tywin Lannister. She is the widow of Robert Baratheon, the King of the Seven Kingdoms. She often states that she should have been born a man since she believes that she has the guts to make the hard decisions. However, despite what she thinks, she is cruel and predictable in her actions. Tyrion has no problem thwarting her at almost every turn. Her son, Joffrey, now sits on the throne and she has been made Queen Regent.
