Bronn, in Clash of Kings, is a sell sword loyal to Tyrion. Bronn is basically a mercenary who goes to the highest bidder. Because of this, he doesn't always observe the courtesies one would expect from a servant. Tyrion finds this refreshing and believes more what the sell sword tells him and advises him to do than many of the royal advisors.
