Robb Stark, the self proclaimed King of the North, in Clash of Kings, learns that his own mother, Catelyn Stark, has freed Jaime Lannister in order to save her two children that are being held by the Lannisters at Kings Landing, he places her under house arrest. Many of the advisors counsel that she should have had a rougher sentence since Jaime was a high value prisoner. Robb was willing to sacrifice his sisters and Catelyn was not.
