What is the relationship between Bob with his boss, Mr. Scrooge, in the book A Christmas Carol.

Bob is Scrooge's employee. In the beginning of the story, Scrooge is cruel, thoughtless, and abusive toward Bob. By the end, however, Scrooge becomes a valued member of Bob's family.
