Where does Tova get her hair done and why?

Tova has been getting her hair done at Colette's Beauty Shop for nearly 50 years. Colette is in her 70s same as Tova and the Knit-Wits. Thankfully, Colette refuses to retire, because Tova does not trust anyone else to do her hair in just the right way.
