Are there any resources for finding questions that might be on an Ar Test, for Where the Red Fern Grows?

AR tests are not made available online for good reason. However, if you are wanting to study for an AR test the best way is to make up your own test, or have someone who has read the book to make up a sample test. Chances are, if you pass their test, you'll pass the AR test.
