What causes Mr. Utterson to be suspecious of Dr. Hyde?

Mr. Utterson becomes suspicious of Mr. Hyde when Dr. Jekyll makes him the beneficiary of his will. Utterson believes that Hyde might be blackmailing Jekyll.
